Automated shipment acceptance: EasyDPS™ automatically accepts and downloads standard shipments awarded to your SCAC(s) in DPS and notifies you with email alerts. In addition, EasyDPS™ also provides you the tools to handle shipments that should not have been awarded to you in DPS (such as shipments awarded in a blackout status or short-fuse shipments awarded to you as standard shipments).

DPS Short-fuse competition: with EasyDPS™ you do not need to be in the office to get DPS short fuse shipments. EasyDPS™ will automatically compete for and accept DPS short fuse offers based on your desired criteria such as minimum weight, market, channel, pick up date, and others. In addition, you can also manually review and accept DPS short fuse offers that fall outside your desired criteria. For example, you may still want the 2,900-pound shipment that EasyDPS™ has locked even though the minimum weight for automatic acceptance is 3,000. That way you can get both the 3,000-pound shipment and the 2,900-pound shipment. EasyDPS™ also complies with the latest government restrictions on the number of hourly clicks of 50 clicks per hour per SCAC and you can monitor real-time the short-fuse activity and the logins that access the DPS short fuse offer page.

Improved move management process: EasyDPS™ provides you tools to actively manage and monitor your move so you can meet your pack, pickup, and delivery deadlines and so that your data is updated in DPS in a timely manner.
Tools for managing your capacity and your relationship with your agents: from EasyDPS™ you can not only send shipment offers to your EDC-AgentLink™ agents but also track if the offers have been accepted or refused or if they have been accepted in a timely fashion; you can monitor if and how the agent has updated the shipment (and correct the data, if necessary, before the update gets posted to DPS); you can communicate instantly with your agents via the embedded instant messaging system; you get alerted when an agent blacks out (so you can offer the shipment to another agent in that area) and track your agents’ blackout on an agent blackout calendar; you can exchange notes with your agents; you can exchange shipment documents that stay attached to the shipment record.
Claims management: your EasyDPS™ automatically downloads your claims from DPS. In addition, in EasyDPS™ you can review and process claims for your SCACs as well as claims sent to you by other TSPs.
Claims History: If you participate in the claims database service, once you are awarded a shipment you receive previous claims history filed by that service member.

Manage claims sent to you by other TSPs: in your EasyDPS™ you can now manage claims sent to you by other EasyDPS™ users based on various criteria. In addition, from EasyDPS™ you can send your claims to a third-party and still view and monitor the status on your claims from EasyDPS™. You are always in the loop!

Automatic data exchange and communication with your move partners worldwide: From EasyDPS™ you are connected to the GOgistiX™ network and you can automatically share with your move partners shipment information and documents in a timely, secure fashion. In addition, you can also exchange information with claims adjustors, billing services and any other party connected to the GOgistiX™ network. No more phone calls, faxes, or emails to find out if the pre-move survey has been done. Once your agent enters the pre-move survey in EDC-AgentLink™, you automatically get that information as well.
Login and password management tools: EasyDPS™ provides users functionalities that enable them to manage and renew their ETA logins as well as prevent unauthorized access to the logins and, therefore, to DPS.
Strict compliance with ETA and DPS access and usage rules: EasyDPS™ strictly complies with all the government rules for access to and use of DPS (such as login and click-count restrictions) so EasyDPS™ customers can rest assured that their EasyDPS™ SCAC (s) or logins do not risk suspension for excessive clicks or login attempts. In addition, because we understand and respect the importance of the DPS and ETA systems to our customers’ business, the government, and the military service members, our customers’ EasyDPS™ systems are programmed to abide by the ETA and DPS access rules when ETA and DPS are unavailable for maintenance.
