From EasyDPS™ you can connect seamlessly to the GogistiX™ network to communicate instantly with your move partners, track and manage capacity, and exchange real-time shipment information, documents, claims data, and other information with agents, other carriers, claims adjusters, billing services, and third-parties.

As an EasyDPS™ user, you can increase the security, accuracy, and timeliness of your data and information updates to and from DPS.

EasyDPS™ is a software application that resides on an EasyDPS™ appliance which is installed in the EasyDPS™ customer’s network. EasyDPS™ accesses DPS from the customer’s location using the customer’s ETA/DPS login credentials.  The EasyDPS™ Client application can be installed on an unlimited number of computers in the customer’s network and it can also be set up for access from multiple authorized locations (for example, the customer has several offices/locations that work in DPS).


We monitor the EasyDPS™ customer’s appliance remotely for Internet connectivity and hardware performance and then proactively intervene.

The EasyDPS™ turn-key system setup ensures that:

  • EasyDPS™ customers comply with the ETA and DPS access and information security rules.

  • We update the customers’ EasyDPS™ system immediately when DPS makes changes so customers can continue to work without interruptions.

EasyDPS™ Integration
For customers that wish to integrate EasyDPS™ with their internal systems, a suite of integration tools (including the EasyDPS™ API) is available to them free of charge. Technical support with the integration is also included free of charge.

EasyDPS™ requires Internet connectivity (preferably high-speed Internet connectivity) in order to connect to DPS, connect to our servers for product updates, and be monitored by our 24/7 monitoring service.
