SYSTEM CONFIGURATION
EasyDPS™ consists of a combination of hardware and software. We have several appliance (hardware) models as indicated on this page. The software is the same regardless of the appliance model and it can be installed on an unlimited number of computers in the customer’s network (there is no per user or per computer fee).

MAINTENANCE
Yearly maintenance includes the following:

  • All new updates to EasyDPS™ based on changes to DPS.
    Our development team monitors the DPS system and the updates are released immediately to all customers. This happens automatically without any user intervention.

  • All new software enhancements and features as developed by EDC (such as billing).
    Our software improves constantly with new functionality based on the feedback we receive from the entire community of EasyDPS™ users. This customer-driven approach ensures that all customers can benefit from all the latest software functionalities. The software updates happen automatically and training on the new functionality can be scheduled at customer’s request, without any additional costs.

  • Unlimited training.
    All customers have unlimited training available for scheduling at their convenience. This applies to old and new functionality.

  • Unlimited technical support (online or by telephone).
    There is no extra charge for contacting our technical support center which is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. US Eastern Time. In addition, there is no limit on how many times you contact our technical support. When you have a problem, contact us without hesitation and we will address it regardless of whether it takes us 5 minutes or 2 hours.

  • Appliance monitoring.
    We monitor your appliance 24/7 so we can immediately and proactively intervene in case of hardware performance issues or loss of Internet connectivity. You are not alone. We monitor and fully support our system.

Yearly maintenance starts when EasyDPS™ has been installed at your location.

SOFTWARE API
The EasyDPS™ system includes a software API that is available to customers free of charge. It is also available for licensing by third-party software companies, free of charge. WARRANTY
EasyDPS™ includes a one-year software and hardware warranty that begins when EasyDPS™ is installed at your location.
